Paul was named President and Chief Executive Officer on January 1, 2012. Prior to this assignment, Paul served as Senior Vice President, Sales & Marketing from 2006 to 2011. Before joining PBV, Paul spent 17 years with Pepsi-Cola North America in a variety of roles including Vice President of Sales at SoBe and Vice President/General Manager in a variety of locations including Southern California, Texas, and New York. Prior to joining Pepsi, Paul worked for the Nestle Foods Corporation. Paul holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing from California State University at Long Beach and has completed post graduate work at the University of Chicago and the University of California at Los Angeles. Paul currently serves on the Board of Directors of The American Beverage Association, the Pepsi-Cola Bottlers Association, and the North Carolina Children's Hospital.

Mark joined Pepsi Bottling Ventures in June 2017 bringing over 28 years of experience with PepsiCo, both in Sales Operations and Business Development roles. Prior to joining PBV he served as Vice President of Sales and Strategy for Quaker Warehouse Sales. His previous roles with PepsiCo include Senior Director of 7-Eleven and Wal*Mart, as well as Vice President/General Manager for the Oklahoma Market Unit and Charlotte, North Carolina market. Mark received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville, Arkansas.

Derek was named to the PBV executive team as CFO in 2008. He has responsibility for developing the annual financial plan, providing internal/external financial reporting, and managing the Information Technology Department. Derek has been with PBV since its formation in 1999 as Vice President of Strategic Planning. Prior to that, he worked with Pepsi in Finance covering the Southeastern region. Derek began his career in the public sector as a staff accountant after graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from the University of South Carolina.

Matthew joined the Pepsi-Cola Company after departing the U.S. Navy in 1986 and has been with PBV since its formation in 1999. His responsibilities include Production, Warehousing, Supply Chain Planning, and Fleet. Prior to joining PBV, he worked for Pepsi Bottling Group where he managed a number of field operations, as well as headquarters assignments. Matthew received a Bachelor of Science degree from the United States Merchant Marine Academy in Kings Point, New York.

Claire joined Pepsi Bottling Ventures in December 1999. She has responsibility for Human Resources and Corporate Affairs including: Compensation and Benefits, Training and Development, Safety and Loss Prevention, Public Relations and Legislative Affairs. Prior to joining PBV, Claire had 14 years experience with Burlington Industries, Inc. in a number of professional Human Resource capacities including Manager of Compensation and Benefits and Director of Organizational Development. Claire earned her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and has completed post graduate programs at the University of Michigan’s Ross Business School and at UNC’s Kenan-Flagler Business School. She has been certified by WorldatWork as a Compensation and Benefits Professional and by the Society for Human Resource Management as a Senior Professional in Human Resources. Claire currently serves on the Board of Visitors for the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and is the Secretary for North Carolina Healthy Start Foundation.
